Abbie started posting her words on Instagram in 2018 and has since released her first poetry book “Anchor” which is available on Amazon.

Abbie was born in 1996 near Cardiff, Wales. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years in The Netherlands and France before moving back to the UK with her family in 2015.

In 2019 she received a BA (hons) in English Literature from the University of Brighton.

She is passionate about seeing people find freedom and hope.
